Part 5 Chapter 3 Logic System The logic circuit is divided into two parts: the mobile phone system logic circuit control and the memory circuit and the voice processing circuit. It completes the control of various mobile phone circuits and the processing of digital and voice signals. The logic circuit part is usually composed of a central processing unit (CPU) or a device called ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), with a circuit as the center. In this circuit, various memory circuits are also included: SRAM, EEPROM and FLASH circuits. These memories play different roles in mobile phone circuits. Section 1 Logic Control Circuit It is mainly composed of the core control module CPU, EEPROM, FLASH EPROM, SRAM and other parts. The logic system mainly completes the various setting functions in the mobile phone menu, controls the correct processing function of the receiving and sending signals, etc. In addition, in the logic system, the data stored in the EEPROM and FLASH EPROM must be completely correct in order to play its powerful and fast logic control function. ―, Controller Composition Figure 2-1 shows the hardware composition block diagram of the controller. A most basic controller in the figure is mainly composed of the following parts. Figure 2-1 ① CPU (Central Processing Unit): This is the core of the microcontroller. ②Memory: It includes two parts, one is ROM, which is used to store programs, and the other is RAM, which is used to store data. ROM and RAM are different. ③Input/output (I/O) interface: This interface circuit is divided into two types: one is parallel input/output interface. The other is serial input/output interface. The circuit structures of these two interfaces are different, and the information transmission methods are also different. ④Timer/counter: In many applications of microcontrollers, precise timing and square wave signal generation are often required, which is completed by the timer/counter circuit. ⑤Clock system: 13MHz and 32.768kHz are common in mobile phones. The above five basic component circuits of the microprocessor are connected together through the address bus (AB), data bus (DB) and control bus (CB), and then connected to the external circuit of the microprocessor through the output/input interface. 2. CPUCPU plays a core role in the single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer receives all operation action instructions and executes instructions, various control functions...
