This paper introduces the hardware structure and working principle of MC143150 Neuron chip and 12-bit serial analog-to-digital converter ADS7844, and uses Neuron C language to develop multi-channel A/D conversion control module, data conversion result collection, analysis and processing procedures. Through long-term running tests, the control module has high accuracy and reliable performance, which brings greater flexibility to the integration of field automation control systems.
