1.2.2 First aid kits should be equipped in places where people often work and on construction vehicles to store first aid supplies, and a designated person should be designated to regularly check, replenish or replace them. Implementation opinions: Principles for the provision of first aid kits: Each substation is equipped with a first aid kit, each power distribution repair vehicle is equipped with a first aid kit, and each line maintenance team is equipped with one or several first aid kits. Professionals should be invited to equip different first aid supplies according to the characteristics of different work sites, and the management responsibilities should be implemented. The labor union or the labor protection product management department should be responsible for unified management. 1.3.3 Possess the necessary safety production knowledge, learn emergency first aid methods, and especially learn first aid for electric shock. Implementation opinions: Electrical workers should learn how to use gas masks and fire-fighting equipment. Electrical workers should be proficient in first aid for electric shock, and should undergo refresher training and examinations every year. 1.4.2 Operators should be tested on this regulation once a year. Those who have interrupted electrical work for more than three consecutive months due to some reason should re-learn this regulation and can only resume work after passing the examination. Implementation opinions: Electrical workers should take an examination on this regulation before March 1 every year. 1.4.4 Staff members who undertake or participate in the company\'s system electrical work from outside units should be familiar with this regulation and pass the examination before they can participate in the work. Before work, the equipment operation management unit should inform the on-site electrical equipment wiring conditions, dangerous points and safety precautions. Implementation opinions: In the contracting project: 1. If the contracting engineering team is a unit affiliated with the Anhui Electric Power Company system, the safety supervision department of the contracting unit can issue the annual safety knowledge test results and work qualification certificate, and promise that the personnel involved in the construction have the corresponding skills before they can participate in the work. The unit that issues the certificate shall be responsible for its qualifications. 2. When a unit outside the Anhui Electric Power Company system contracts a project, the competent department of the contracting unit or the unit entrusted by it shall provide it with corresponding safety knowledge training, and only after passing the examination can it assume the qualifications of the contractor\'s on-site work leader and work team member. 3. Units that often contract company system projects (all have undergone training and examinations) can be regarded as units affiliated with the provincial company system.
