This paper introduces the innovative design theory - TRIZ, and explains the process of using TRIZ theory to solve problems. Computer-aided conflict resolution is realized by using Delphi programming, and the design and technical details of the system are discussed in detail. It is of great help in solving engineering technology conflicts. Innovation is the soul of enterprise development. How to create products that meet customer needs in the fierce market competition is the goal pursued by every enterprise. Modern design theory points out that 75% of the performance of a product is determined in the conceptual design. Therefore, seeking a suitable design method to maximize product functions and corporate benefits has become the top priority of design. The TRIZ theory originated in the former Soviet Union is an effective method in the conceptual design method. It can help engineers overcome psychological defects and thinking inertia and design creative new products. Since the TRIZ theory was proposed by the former Soviet expert GS Altshuller in 1946, its application scope has spread to many fields such as machinery, electronics, chemicals, food, aviation, shipping, and economic management. It has been successfully applied in many companies such as Ford, General Motors, and HP, and has achieved significant economic benefits [1]. In the United States, computer-aided software that applies TRIZ theory mainly includes TechOptimizer from Invention Machine and InnovationWorkbench from Ideation International. [2] The following will use Delphi programming to implement computer-aided design based on TRIZ theory.
