This paper reports a precise micro-pressure differential computer data acquisition system composed of sensors, DC amplifiers, data acquisition memory, computers, etc., which can quickly and accurately track and measure the relationship between pressure and time of hydrogen peroxide decomposition reaction at different temperatures. The curve of the pressure differential potential of the reaction system drawn by the computer has a clear physical meaning and good reproducibility. The ln (E∞ - Et) - t straight line obtained by computer programming has a correlation coefficient of 0.9998, and the reaction rate constant and activation energy are obtained from it.
