Abstract: In the elevator control system, the microcomputer main control board is the core board that determines the number of system functions and the quality of performance; this paper focuses on the design of a practical microcomputer main control board based on ARM chips; firstly, the network structure of the control system is discussed, and the advantages of CAN bus application in the elevator control system are analyzed; then the hardware and software design of the microcomputer main control board is introduced. The hardware uses ARM7 chip and CPLD to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the elevator, and the software adopts a modular design idea, focusing on the design of the relay control module that reflects the number of functions and the inverter control module that reflects the quality of performance; finally, the algorithm execution speed is tested to illustrate the reliability of the design.
