Aiming at the characteristics of the flat buttonhole sewing machine, which has complex structure, many electrical components and complex control, a design scheme of the flat buttonhole sewing machine motion control card based on DSP and FPGA is proposed based on the in-depth analysis of the functional characteristics, system structure, human-machine interface and other issues of the flat buttonhole sewing machine. The scheme integrates the functions of motion control, AC servo control, stepper drive control, interface control, etc., and has the characteristics of good versatility, easy software modification, upgrade and debugging. The field application results show that all indicators fully meet the design requirements and have been well applied in practice.
