The design method of intelligent combination switch for automatic gas discharge system in coal mine is discussed in detail. By studying the characteristics and rules of ventilation in coal mine excavation face, a scheme of automatic gas discharge in excavation face is summarized. On this basis, the automatic gas discharge system is designed. The design method of intelligent combination switch as the control core of the system is discussed in detail, and the principles of internal bus control structure, hardware circuit and software logic of the device are explained. It has been verified that the performance indicators of the device fully meet the application requirements, the operation is reliable and stable, and it can cope with the complex use environment of underground excavation face.
