A circuit with automatic gain control (AGC) is designed to stabilize the output amplitude of the RF power oscillator. However, after adding the AGC negative feedback loop, the loop may produce self-oscillation, making the oscillator output amplitude more unstable. By analyzing the transfer function of the entire circuit system, the method of adjusting the transistor emitter resistor in the feedback circuit is adopted to make the circuit work in a stable state, thereby achieving the purpose of stabilizing the oscillator output amplitude.
