In order to meet the demand for large-scale data storage in embedded systems, a NIOS II-based SD card storage system design is proposed, and the system\'s hardware and software design is completed. The storage system uses SPI mode to read and write access to the SD card, and the SPI timing is simulated by the GPIO of NIOS II. Comparing the data of the SD card read by this design with the data of the SD card read by WinHex software shows that the results of the two are consistent, meeting the design requirements.
