Based on the analysis of the working principle of the antenna, an antenna design method based on a low-power reader of 13.56 MHz and 200 mW is proposed, and the design and debugging process of the antenna is given. A good antenna system can make the communication distance reach the best state. There are many types of antennas, and different applications require different antennas. In low-power, short-range RFID systems, a reliable and low-cost antenna system is required, and PCB loop antenna is a more commonly used one. The RFID reader designed uses the RFID chip RIR6C001A. Since the antenna impedance required by the chip is 50Ω and it works at 13.56 MHz, a PCB loop antenna is used in the design.
