Cardiovascular disease is one of the main diseases that threaten human health. Early diagnosis and treatment are effective ways to prevent heart disease, and ECG monitors play a vital role in this process. Based on the basic functions and characteristics of dynamic ECG monitors, this paper designs a portable dynamic ECG monitoring system based on the MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer. In terms of hardware, based on the dual 8-way multiplexer MAX397, an ECG lead selection circuit is designed, which can switch between three standard leads, three pressurized leads, one chest lead and a 1mV calibration circuit at will; the instrument amplifier AD620 is used to design the preamplifier circuit and the right leg drive circuit, and then the operational amplifier is used to design the O. 05.100Hz bandpass filter circuit, 50Hz notch circuit and main amplifier circuit; finally, MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer is used as the core of digital circuit, which is responsible for the control and communication of peripheral circuits; LCD controller S1D13700 is used with LCD G320240E with resolution of 320*240 to realize real-time dynamic display of ECG signal and intuitive menu setting interface, and with 6-key keyboard, it is easy to operate; 2GB SD card is used to record data in real time, and the recording time can be up to 1 month; through USB interface controller CH372, the system can easily send ECG data in the storage device to the host computer. In terms of software, structured programming method is used to complete the initialization of each module in the digital circuit part, so that it can work normally, and focus on optimizing the display algorithm of LCD module, and achieve good results. After making printed circuit board and debugging, the hardware and software have realized the expected functions, and work stably and have good performance, meeting the requirements of portable dynamic ECG monitoring system.
