Hardware Encryption
Data is automatically
encrypted when saving to the
MiniStation on encrypted
mode. The MiniStation also
requires password when
accessing data, this means
the double security layers
prevent unauthorized access. In the unlikely event that your MiniStation is
stolen or lost, this will prevent sensitive data from being leaked. This is an
importantfeature especially for business users. No reduction in performance when
using encryption due to BUFFALO's unique hardware designs.
