When the power supply voltage is lower than 10.2V, the yellow light-emitting diode VLi lights up, indicating that the battery
cannot continue to discharge. When the voltage exceeds 16.2V, the yellow, green and red LEDs VLi~VLa all light up, indicating that
charging must be stopped immediately or the charging current must be reduced. When the voltage is within 10.2-16.2V, the yellow and green light-emitting diodes
VLi and VL2 light up.
