XC6383系列 
PFM升压型(占空比2档可变型)DC/DC控制器/½换器
概  要
XC6383系列是采用频率控制的升压型DC/DC½换器。本品与以
往的PFM不同,通过探测负½½变动,½占空比在2档之间变换,
以此支持从小电流到大电流的应用。
采用COMS工艺和激光微调技术,达到了½电流消耗、高精度。
并且,将最大工½频率微调在100kHz(精度±15%)
内½开关晶½管的型号只需外½线圈、二极管、电容器3种元
件,可构成升压电路。
此外,还备有可输出数百毫安电流的外½晶½管的型号。
这两种型号有具备用以停止工½以此抑制电流消耗的CE(停机
控制)功½、以及设有V
DD
端(将电源和检测电压分开)的5管脚
封装产品。备有SOT-89-5以及超小型的SOT-23和SOT-25封装。
