概述
AD8691、AD8692和AD8694分别是单通道、双通道和四通
道、½成本、½到½输出、单电源放大器,具有½失调、
½输入电压、½电流噪声及½信号带½等特性。½失调、
½噪声、极½的输入偏½电流和高速度特性相结合,½这
些放大器适合各种应用。滤波器、积分器、光电二极管放
大器和高阻抗传感器等器件均可受益于这一特性组合。½
带½和½失真特性则有益于音频和其它交流应用。
这些放大器的具½应用包括:功率放大器(PA)控制、激光
二极管控制环路、便携式和环路供电仪器仪表、便携式设
备的音频放大以及ASIC输入和输出放大器。
AD8691提供小型SC70和TSOT两种封装½式,可靠近传感
器放½,从而减小外部噪声½响。
AD8691、AD8692和AD8694的额定温度范围为
−40°C
+125°C
扩展工业温度范围。AD8691单通道放大器提供5引脚
SC70和5引脚TSOT两种封装。AD8692双通道放大器提供8引
脚MSOP和窄½SOIC表面贴装两种封装。AD8694四通道放
大器提供14引脚TSSOP和14引脚窄½SOIC两种封装。
