概述
AD7904/AD7914/AD7924分别是8½、10½和12½高速、½
功耗、4通道逐次逼近型ADC。采用单电源工½,电源电
压为2.7
V至5.25V,最高吞吐速率可达1 MSPS。这些器件均
内½½噪声、½带½采样保持放大器,可处理8
MHz以上的
输入频率。
½换过程和数据采集过程通过CS和串行时钟信号进行控
制,从而为器件与微处理器或DSP½松接口创造了条件。
输入信号在CS的下降沿进行采样,而½换同时在此处启
动。该器件无流水线延迟。
AD7904/AD7914/AD7924采用先进的设计技术,可在最高
吞吐速率下实现极½的功耗。在最高吞吐速率下,采用3
V
电源时,AD7904/AD7914/AD7924的最大功耗为2
mA;采用
5 V电源时,最大功耗为2.7 mA。
通过配½控制寄存器,器件的模拟输入范围可以在0

码输出编码。AD7904/AD7914/AD7924均具有4个带通道序
列器的单端模拟输入,可通过预先编程选择通道½换顺序。
