The circuit is shown in Figure 2-48. Circle 2-48 (a) is powered by a 4.5V battery; Figure 2-48 (b) is powered by an AC capacitor to step down
the voltage. The delay time of Figure 2-48 (a) is determined by R3, RP and C; the delay time of Figure 2-48 (b)
is determined by R4, RP and island.
