Double tube emergency fluorescent light circuit three

This is a circuit for Nissan SUNKYO LF-251 rechargeable emergency fluorescent lamp . It has the characteristics of a wide charging input power supply range
(100-240V); it is equipped with an anti-overcharge protection circuit , and the battery will not be damaged if it is plugged into the power supply for a long time. Because it
uses a high-frequency power supply and has a discharge circuit, it can prevent the ends of the lamp from turning black due to startup, extending the life of the lamp. Generally,
the charging time takes 20 to 24 hours. When sufficient, it can work for 5.5 hours for a single tube and 3.5 hours for a double tube.
