It consists of two LM339 comparators, two CD4070 XOR gates and thyristors to form an
autotransformer AC voltage stabilizer. The circuit also has overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions.
The control range can be changed by adjusting the potentiometer RPi or changing the position of point P.
