A very simple voltage multiplication circuit block diagram for the NE555 timer is shown below. The IC chosen here is the NE555 which is wired to operate around 9KHZ as an astable mutivibrator. The base of the two transistors (Q1 and Q2) is shorted and the output of the multivibrator (pin 3) is connected to it.
