SN75436/75437A/75438 is a low input current, low power consumption monolithic four-channel, OC, inverting output peripheral driver, used as a high current, high voltage load driver. The chip has low input current, low power consumption, high output voltage, high output impedance, and has an output clamping diode. The wiring diagram for it as a lamp driver is shown in the figure.
