  The application of switching power supply driver PM4040F in small and medium power half-bridge circuits is as shown below: To use PM4040F to drive a 200W to 800W switching power supply , please refer to the circuit diagram below. For other circuit parts, please refer to the practical circuit of PM4040F. If the power supply solution is below 1000W, you can follow the method of this circuit. Floating the unused drive output group can reduce the DC power supply current of the drive by half. The driving capability here can directly drive a 100A IGBT tube or a 60A MOS tube, and is fully capable of handling a 1000W power supply.
