In order to reduce the interference to the power grid, especially the impact of high-order harmonics of the rectifier device on the power grid, the main circuit of the system uses a thyristor three-phase fully
controlled rectifier circuit, and the output uses an R-type filter. The main circuit is shown in Figure 12-3J. Compared with the three-phase half-wave rectifier circuit, the three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier circuit
has twice the output rectified voltage, smaller output voltage pulsation, high transformer utilization, and no DC magnetization problem. Because the three-phase bridge
rectifier circuit has good control speed, it has been widely used in large-capacity load power supply and electric drive control.
During the design process, a method combining theoretical analysis and engineering algorithms was adopted. Here, the principles, functions and calculations of each link are
briefly explained.
