The D-200W module has a unique design that integrates multiple protection functions such as overload, overvoltage, overheating, short circuit, reverse polarity of the power supply, and speaker impact into one module. The module uses a unique Class B synchronous dynamic bias circuit to minimize static power consumption. It has fast
transient response capability, high gain and equal loudness effect. D-200W has been certified by a national secondary metering station to meet the design specifications
. Its basic principle block diagram is shown in Figure 3-4.
The D--200w front stage uses differential amplification and constant current source power supply, and the excitation
stage voltage amplification also uses a constant current load. The final stage is a Class B synchronous dynamic
bias amplifier. In addition to ensuring the realization of protection functions such as overheating, overvoltage, and load
short circuit , the comprehensive control circuit also supplies a synchronous dynamic bias circuit
and a three-stage amplification bias current. The overall quiescent current of the module
is <15mA, and the final quiescent current of the power amplifier is only 3~5mA. , basically achieving the noise
suppression effect. The module circuit design is "simple", with only three levels of amplification.
At the maximum output, the transient voltage can reach the power supply voltage. When the power supply voltage
is ±50v, the transient conversion rate is in the ZOHz~20kHz frequency band. up
to ±50V/ys.
The final power amplifier uses 6 dedicated high-frequency high-power tube chips for parallel output. The internal resistance of the circuit output is very
low. Due to the Class B synchronous dynamic bias effect, the circuit has strong automatic adjustment capability. The output is connected to inductive and resistive loads, and the impedance changes from high resistance to high resistance. Up to the lower limit 2n, the module
can work normally, and no preamplifier is required when the module is used.
