TMP03-04 interfaces with low-voltage logic circuits

TMP03/04 interfaces with low voltage logic circuits. TMP03/04 is a serial digital output with built-in temperature sensor and
integrated temperature sensor. The basic electrical parameters are as follows: temperature measurement accuracy ±1.5°C (-25~+100oC), working power supply
+4.5~7V, and working temperature range - 40 to +150aC. Except that TMP03 is an open-collector output and TMP04 is an output compatible with
17L and CMOS circuits, other functional parameters are the same. TMP 03/04 interfaces with low-voltage logic circuits.     When using TM"U3, a pull-up resistor needs to be added and the output is serial data.
