Drive circuit (voltage type)
Source: InternetPublisher:小胖友 Updated: 2016/09/14
The drive circuit shown in (a) is suitable for low-frequency and low-power driving. When the control signal Ui is high level, VT1 is turned on, and the switch tube (IGBT) corresponding to the output voltage Uo is turned on; when the control signal Ui is low level , VT2 is turned on, and the switching tube (IGBT) controlled by the output voltage Uo is turned off. The drive circuit shown in (b) is a push-pull circuit composed of field effect transistors, and its working principle is the same as the circuit shown in (a). The high-frequency peak drive current of this circuit can reach more than 10A, and is suitable for high-power IGBT devices.
