The disinfection cabinet circuit uses the principle of infrared heating to create a high-temperature environment in a closed cabinet to sterilize and disinfect tableware. The circuit is shown in the figure
The control circuit includes AC step-down voltage stabilizing circuit, infrared heating circuit and timing control circuit, etc. The single-phase alternating current is added to the primary of the transformer T through the temperature-limiting fuse FU (10A, 150 degrees Celsius). After step-down, rectification and voltage stabilization, a 9V DC voltage is output, and passes through the K1 normally closed contact (1-3) to the single-phase AC power. to the anode of the thyristor SCR.
AN 1 is the power control key. Press this key to trigger conduction of the thyristor and control the power supply. AN 3 is the infrared heating start key. Press this key, and the low potential of pin 2 of 555 causes the 555 to trigger and set. 555 and R5, R6, C4, C5, etc. form a single stable circuit, and its temporary stable time td=1.1R6C5. The temporary stabilization time of the parameters shown in the picture is about 24 minutes, that is, the high level duration of the 555 pin 3 output is about 24 minutes.
