Hall integrated component measuring motor speed circuit diagram

Source: InternetPublisher:张小哥 Keywords: Motor circuit diagram Updated: 2021/07/13

The circuit diagram of the Hall integrated element measuringthe speed of the motor is shown in the figure. It is a circuit using the Hall integrated element to measure the speed of the motor. In the circuit, UGN3040T is used to detect the change of magnetic flux corresponding to the magnetic rotor installed on the motor shaft. M5l970L is a special F/V converter for the motor. The output signal of UGN3040T is input at its 2 terminals, and the RC constant of the speed reference is input at the 1 terminal. RP, R and C are used to set the speed of the motor, that is, the motor speed N = 1/1.17 (R + RP) CP, where P is the number of pulses generated by the magnetic rotor per turn.
