Working principle of the circuit : 220 V mains power is stepped down by R1, C1, R2, bridge rectified and
filtered by C2, and a DC power of about 10.7 V is obtained. One way passes through the current limiting resistor R5 to charge
the battery , and the other goes through R3 and R4. Press the charging status indicator LED 1. If the light turns on,
it means charging is in progress.
