The holiday lantern circuit made with ML81 is shown in Figure 2-45. The 220V AC power is bridge rectified by VDI~VD4, and
one channel supplies power to the four HI~H4 lantern strings. The other channel is limited by resistor R2 and capacitor C. The filter supplies power to integrated block A.
Rl provides AC synchronization signal for the integrated block.
    S in the picture is the flashing mode selection switch of the colored lights . When the switches are placed on the K1~K8 terminals of the integrated circuit, the flashing modes
are: K1, the first segment is the automatic terminal, and the colored lights automatically change and flash between each segment: K2, the second segment The section is wavy forward and backward (with 2
speeds); the 3rd section of K3 is a double-light horse racing (with 4 speeds): the 4th section of K4 is a single light gradually brightening and dimming (with 3 speeds); the
5th section of K5 The 6th segment of K6 is for a single light to fade in and out at the same time (with 3 speeds); the 7th
segment of K7 is for twinkling stars; the 8th segment of K8 is for all 4 light strings to be fully lit.
