Three-phase asynchronous motor is switched to single-phase power supply working circuit

For example, when the three-phase motor is connected in star connection, the working circuit after changing to single-phase power supply is shown in Figure 2-58a; when the motor is connected in delta connection, the working circuit after
changing into single-phase power supply is shown in Figure 2-58b. The wiring methods in Figure 2-58a and Figure 2-58b are suitable for three-phase motors with relatively small power (below 750 W) and light load. When remodeling according to Figure 2-58a , a capacitor needs to be connected , and a simple calculation formula can be used to determine the capacitor capacity . The calculation formula is as follows: C=K×Ⅳ. Among them, C is the capacity of the matching capacitor , and the unit is mineral; K is the coefficient, which is 0.06~0.07 for star connection; it is 0.1 for delta connection; IV is the three-phase motor power, and the unit is W.
