Use CD4013 to make touch delay energy-saving lamps

Diodes VD2 ~ VD5 and thyristor VS form the main circuit of the touch switch. R5 and VDI form a power supply circuit, which outputs

so that vs quickly turns on, and the lamp H is lit; the other channel charges the capacitor cl through the resistor R3, so that the reset terminal R of the integrated block,
that is, pin 4, has a constant level. Rise, when it rises to the threshold level, the circuit is reset, the monostable circuit returns to the stable state, pin l returns
