Maximum Current Battery Charger Design

This one-of-a-kind battery charger circuit will quickly and easily charge almost every lead-acid battery pack.This battery charger provides maximum current until the current drawn by the battery drops to 150 miliamper. At this time, undervoltage will be applied to complete and avoid overcharging. When the lead-acid battery is fully charged, the track turns off the LED light to show that the battery has finished charging.

A suitable heat sink should be installed on the LM350. To use this circuit, connect a lead-acid battery to the output terminals. You can connect using binding posts or alligator clips. All you have to do now is press S1 (switch) and wait for the circuit to finish charging the battery.
