New 200 V Fred Pt® ultra-fast recovery rectifiers, including the industry's first 2 A rated device - 1 A VS-1EQH02HM3 and 2 A VS-2EQH02HM3. 1 A VS-1EQH02HM3 and 2 A VS-2EQH02HM3 rectifier outlines With dimensions of 2.5 mm x 1.3 mm and a height of only 0.65 mm, it can replace SMA packaged rectifiers to save space. In addition, there are commercial versions 1 A VS-1EQH02-M3 and 2 A VS-2EQH02-M3.

The device released recently adopts a smaller MicroSMP package, with a typical rated current equivalent to that of an SMA package, has higher power density, and saves 57% of PCB space. VS-1EQH02HM3 and VS-2EQH02HM3 adopt an asymmetric design. The large-area metal gasket is conducive to heat dissipation, and the thermal performance is extremely excellent. FRED Pt technology achieves an ultra-fast recovery time of 13ns, and Qrr is reduced to 11nC, at -55 °C to +175 °C. C has soft recovery function over the entire operating temperature range.

The rectifier has passed AEC-Q101 certification, and the forward voltage drops to 0.72 V under 1 A condition, which effectively reduces power consumption and improves efficiency. It is suitable for automotive engine control units (ECU), anti-lock braking systems (ABS), HID and LED lighting. , high-frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and power factor correction circuits in communication and industrial power supplies.

The moisture sensitivity level of VS-1EQH02HM3 and VS-2EQH02HM3 reaches J-STD-020 standard level 1, and the highest LF peak is +260°C. The device complies with RoHS standards, is halogen-free, and is suitable for automatic patch processing and automatic optical inspection (AOI) of automotive systems.
