Sequential control circuit
When two or more motors are installed on a mechanical device at the same time, in order to ensure normal operation, the motors are generally required to be started in sequence. Only after motor 1 is started can motor 2 be started.
Principle of sequential control circuit :
1. After turning on the power, press the button SB1->contactor KM1 is energized->motor M1 is powered and runs.
2. Release button SB1->contactor KM1 self-locks->motor M1 continues to run->at the same time, the upper end of button SB2 is energized.
3. Press button SB2->contactor KM2 energizes->motor M2 is energized and runs.
4. Release button SB2->contactor KM2 self-locks->motor M2 continues to run->motor M1 and M2 run at the same time.
