1. Functions and features

This type of time control switch uses an eight-bit microprocessor chip, PCB board direct sealing, peripherals use SMD components, and the LCD screen displays time and control functions. It has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, wide operating temperature range, and strong anti-interference ability.

2. Working principle and process

The time switch is intuitive and convenient to set, and you can choose manual on/off or automatic control. In automatic mode, you can set Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or weekdays, weekends and other time periods for cyclic operation.

The daily on/off time can also be set separately, which can be accurate to the minute, and the number of on/off times set per day can reach 10 times. The maximum load current that can be controlled for resistive loads is 25A, and some models can control two or three different loads separately.

The model of the LCD clock control module is TOONE-10.2, with a timing error of <±0.5 seconds/day. The power consumption is less than 5W. The control switch has a 1.5V rechargeable battery and a corresponding charging circuit inside. Even if the power is off, the timing will not be affected, and the set control program will not be lost.
