 TLP3547 evaluation is based on the existing conditions and my own evaluation of device selectivity. 1. Under the conditions of similar electrical parameters, TLP3547 has a smaller PCB space for application 5A, 30VDC (25 degrees) Directly designed on the PCB, only as small as DIP8 2. When TLP3547 is powered on between pins 1 and 2, the input operating current is only 2.327mA Output contact resistance 3. When TLP3547 is powered on between pins 1 and 2, the input operating current is only 1.195mA Output contact resistance 4. When the coil relay is powered on with 5V, the input working current is only 23.131mA, which is much larger than TLP3547

It seems that it is designed for light load use. After all, it is not like an ordinary relay with 2 contacts. It has semiconductors and high current. After a long time of use, the temperature will still rise.
