Advantech recently released its new generation of vehicle-mounted terminals, the TREK series, designed for special industrial vehicles and lifting equipment. The three main products are: TREK-756, TREK-755 and TREK-725.
In terms of product design, TREK fully inherits the advantages of its previous generation product, the PPC-A120 series, and has good stability and environmental adaptability. The whole machine is IP65 standard waterproof and dustproof, adapts to -20℃—50℃ ambient temperature, complies with international electromagnetic compatibility standards such as FCC and CE, and can withstand 10G—30G intensity impact and vibration.
TREK uses a new 800MHz low-power core processor, a high-brightness 10.4 " and 12.1 " touch-screen LCD display, and supports multiple wireless networks such as 802.11 Wireless LAN, GPRS, GPS, etc., providing users with a powerful and convenient wireless information processing platform that can adapt to the increasingly complex functional requirements of the logistics industry.
As a strategic partner of Microsoft, Advantech's TREK series is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including standard operating systems such as Windows 2000/NT/XP Pro, as well as embedded operating systems such as Windows XP Embedded and Windows CE.NET.
Since its launch in 2002, the TREK series has been used by many customers in North America and Europe and has received unanimous praise. The decision to hold the Asian regional product launch in mainland China shows that Advantech is very optimistic about the growth potential of the Chinese logistics market.
