LMX2332 is an integrated digital phase-locked loop (pLL) circuit produced by National Semiconductor Corporation. This paper introduces a method of using the single-chip microcomputer AT89C2051 to control the digital phase-locked loop LMX2332 and the voltage-controlled oscillator JTOS-150 to realize a low-noise frequency source. This method can obtain signals of different frequencies by changing the program of AT89C2051.
