P89C51RB2/RC2/RD2 has 16K32K64K parallel programmable non-volatile FLASH program memory, and can realize serial in-system programming and in-application programming of the device. In-system programming: When the MUC is installed on the user's board, it allows the user to download new code. In-application programming: The MUC can obtain new code in the system and reprogram itself. This method allows remote programming through a modulator connection. The default loader program solidified in the on-chip ROM allows the ISP to load the program code into the FLASH memory through its own UART, while no loader is required in the FLASH code. For IAP, the user prompts the operation of erasing and reprogramming the FLASH MEMORY by using the standard prompt in the on-chip ROM.
