Point to multipoint. Differences between GPRS module and transparent wireless data transmission radio in use [Copy link]

Comparing the two in terms of transmission distance, GPRS transmission is not affected by distance, but only by whether there is a signal locally. The wireless transparent transmission module is cheaper in terms of tariffs and is more stable for medium and short distances. The schematic diagram of a point-to-multipoint communication system using a transparent wireless data transmission radio is shown in the figure below. When the master device sends data to the GPRS module, the GPRS module sends the signal to the GPRS network. The master device must specify the destination address of the data. Only in this way can the network in the above figure process and transmit this group of data. After the network transmits this group of data to the destination GPRS module, the destination GPRS module transmits this data to the connected slave device. Each transmission of the GPRS network is a point-to-point transmission method that must indicate the destination address.
