The peak-to-peak value of this is not right. The output of DAC is not that large. One grid of 2V has 8V. It does not feel like a normal signal. It is external interference. First fix the ground of the oscilloscope.  Details Published on 2018-8-9 11:05

There may be something wrong with your DAC, the amplifier circuit after the DAC, or your program.

20ms period? 50Hz interference? Is the oscilloscope not connected properly?
