I designed my own board with reference to the Ti development board. When testing the AD module, the fluctuation was very large and it could not be used. The analog ground and digital ground of the board were not isolated, but the power supply was isolated. I don't know if it was because of this or because the wiring of the board had a lot of interference. I hope an expert can help me take a look.
