Headhunter position [Guangzhou] Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the hardware design of new projects/technical transformation projects; responsible for the progress and quality of the hardware design department in project research and development; 2. Responsible for device selection; responsible for handling related issues during product production sample production; 3. Responsible for the hardware design of special supply products and external hardware technical support. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, electronics related major, more than 5 years of hardware design experience, experience in automotive electronic product development or PCB-LAYOUT experience is preferred; 2. Proficient in digital or analog circuit design, with strong experience in hardware EMC anti-interference design and ESD rectification; have rich design experience and theoretical basis for common circuits in hardware design, including: power supply part, logic control, high-speed circuit, audio and video circuit, etc.; 3. Familiar with the functions, models, parameters, etc. of commonly used electronic devices, with experience in platform hardware design of consumer electronic products (such as mobile phones, tablets, computer motherboards), able to select different devices to meet the design requirements according to the differentiation of the design, and have RF experience is preferred; 4. Have many years of design experience from design to mass production of products, can independently complete the entire design process from project to product end, can timely locate and solve various problems encountered during project debugging, and can skillfully operate various commonly used test instruments and tools; 5. Proficient in using tool software such as ORCAD and PADS, and have the development and practical operation capabilities of multi-layer PCB boards.
