How to solve the problems of waterproofing, liquid level fluctuation, and water droplets sticking to the wall of the liquid level sensor? [Copy link]

The following is an introduction to the effects of waterproofing, liquid level fluctuations, and water droplets on the liquid level sensor
Liquid level fluctuations:
Under normal circumstances, there will be no liquid level fluctuations. Liquid level sensors are generally more used in household appliances, medical equipment, etc.
These types of machines are generally not changed in position during use, so in this case we do not need to consider the factors of liquid level fluctuations. However, if used in electrical appliances and equipment that need to be moved, such as cars, the movement will cause the liquid to float up and down, and the liquid level will fluctuate.
At this time, there will be a phenomenon that the liquid level has not been reached, but because of the fluctuation of the liquid surface, the liquid touches the liquid level sensor, then will it affect the detection result of the liquid level sensor? We only need to add anti-shake logic in the program to solve this problem.
Waterproof level:
Generally, the photoelectric liquid level sensor is installed so that only the light cone part contacts the liquid. The general installation is as follows. Therefore, the waterproof level IP64-67 can meet the conditions.
If the entire probe needs to be placed in the liquid and directly contact the liquid, then the waterproof level IP64 cannot be achieved, and it must reach IP68.
Water drops hanging on the wall:
What does water drops hanging on the wall mean? It is the water droplets left on the probe after water vapor, water vapor or contact with liquid, as shown in the following figure 362562. Water droplets may cause the liquid level sensor to misjudge, while the liquid level sensor with water droplet wall treatment will not be affected. The specific technical treatment will not be introduced here. You can watch a small experiment video of our photoelectric liquid level sensor that has been treated with water droplets on the wall. When it is not in contact with water (equal to the waterless state), the voltage value is 0V, and when it is in contact with water (water state), the voltage value changes. When it is in the waterless state but there are residual water droplets on the probe, the voltage value is displayed as 0.0001V, which is equivalent to the waterless state, and water droplets do not affect the detection results.
