Top copper problem [Copy link]

Can I lay copper for two networks on the top layer? VCC and GND. The VCC part has many devices to connect, so I plan to put VCC together, and then lay copper, and lay GND in other places. Is this okay?

It seems that there are no rules for copper laying. As long as you are happy, you can lay it however you want. No one can control you.
