For PTC testing, we users also use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of temperature changes. The same is true for crystals. We can also build a circuit and measure it with a frequency meter and an oscilloscope or directly install it on our own circuit board. The oscilloscope measures the frequency accuracy. It is best to install it on the circuit for testing. We users do not have special testing equipment.
