Application of magnetic grating displacement sensor in coke oven four-car interlocking [Copy link]

Wuhan Yingjia Technology Development Co., Ltd. has adopted static magnetic scale displacement sensor to detect the address of the trolley after several years of research and exploration. The detection sensor is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel square profile, similar to the sliding wire of the grinding track, installed at the bottom of the grinding track, parallel to the sliding wire of the grinding track, named static magnetic scale slideway, and a static magnetic scale with a length of 1.2 meters to 3.2 meters is suspended on the static magnetic scale slideway. The static magnetic scale, roller bracket and pin column constitute the static magnetic scale assembly. There are fixed pulleys on both sides of the static magnetic scale, and the static magnetic scale slideway is fixed to 6 meters in length. The multi-roller magnetic scale assembly structure allows the static magnetic scale to easily cross the light rail connection part and quickly detect the trolley travel with a maximum detection accuracy of 1 mm; the connection between the locomotive and the static magnetic scale uses a double-group double fork system to move along the light rail direction, which solves the problem of locomotive up and down and left and right bumps. Absolute displacement coding, no range limit, the system allows the vehicle to have a horizontal offset of ±100 mm and a vertical offset of ±50 relative to the stationary base without affecting the measurement performance, and has a high offset tolerance.

  Comparison of long linear displacement detection sensors:
  
  Rotary encoder position detection technology
  detects the position of the locomotive through a rotary encoder installed on the wheel, which is a relative positioning working method. The advantages are low cost and easy installation. The disadvantages are wheel slippage and high maintenance workload.
  
  Positioning piece coding position detection technology
  detects the position of the locomotive through a positioning piece (iron piece with holes) installed beside the track, which is an absolute positioning working method. Compared with the coding cable technology, it is intermittent positioning, and the coding cable technology is a continuous measurement method.
  
  Barcode position detection technology
    Detecting the position of the locomotive through a barcode or information button installed beside the track is an absolute positioning working method. Similar to the positioning piece coding position detection technology.
  
  The infrared coded continuous position detection scale
  is detected by a fixed scale and a moving scale, which is an absolute positioning working mode. The disadvantage is that the transmitting and receiving windows are easy to be polluted, the fixed scale is an active device, the circuit is complex, and the overall cost is high.
  
  Coding cable position detection technology:
  1. It is troublesome to install on site and it is difficult to maintain the horizontality.
