ARM Development Kit FS44B0XI V2.1 [Copy link]

FS44B0XI resources are completely open to users , with stable performance and rich demo software.
All software includes source code. Bus buffer is added to the IDE hard disk interface, which greatly enhances the hard disk read and write speed. A
power amplifier is added to the audio output, and the volume variable resistor can be adjusted, which makes the design more reasonable.
FS44B0XI is used with G35II, G57T, C57T LCD.

Hardware Resources

CPU
◆S3C44B0X (SAMSUNG), ARM7TDMIExternal
memory
◆2M BytesNOR FLASH (SST39VF160 or SST39VF1601, can support 4M bytes of SST39VF320 or SST39VF3201);
◆8M Bytes SDRAM (K4S641632H or HY57V641620, can support 16M bytes of SDRAM);
◆16M Bytes NAND FLASH (K9F2808, users can replace it with 32M, 64M or 128M NandFlash)
Serial port
◆Two standard three-wire RS232 interfaces, COM1 with send and receive indicators;
Network interface
◆10M network port, RTL8019AS, with send and receive indicators;
USB Device interface
◆USB1.1 specification, PDIUSBD12, with connection status indicator;
LCD interface
◆The LCD interface signal lines are all driven by 74HC244, which is more stable and reliable
◆Support monochrome, 4-level grayscale, 16-level grayscale, 256-color STN LCD screen, and support up to 640x480/256-color STN LCD screen
◆Optional 16-level grayscale screen G35I, G35II, G57 (with touch screen) or 256-color screen C57 (with touch screen)
◆There is a 12V power output interface next to the LCD interface, which can power the 12VCCFL backlight module of the LCDIDE
interface
◆The bus is isolated by the driver chip 74LVTH162245, which has better stability;
◆There is a power interface for the IDE hard disk on the board. If the board power supply uses 12V, you can directly use this interface to power the IDE hard disk;
Audio interface
◆Dual-channel audio output with volume adjustment knob and power amplifier (CS4334+TDA2822 )
Clock source
◆Internal real-time clock (with backup lithium battery);
Reset circuit
◆One reset button, and use a dedicated reset chip for reset, stable and reliable;
Debug and download interface
◆One 20-core Multi-ICE standard JTAG interface, support SDT2.51, ADS1.2 and other debugging;
Power interface
◆Switching power supply, input DC voltage range is 7~20V (recommended 12V), with power indicator light;
Other
◆Four small buttons, four high-brightness LEDs;
◆One buzzer (with short-circuit block for enable control);
◆One EEPROM (AT24C02) is used to verify IIC bus reading and writing;
Operating system
◆Support uC/OS-II, ucLinux;
